Tim Oren On Venture Returns

The story around the public disclosure of venture fund returns continues to grow. I wrote about it last month and based on that post had an interview with a journalist on the issue, the third such conversation I've had this month.

Regardless of whether the fund results should or shouldn't be released (I personally don't think it helps anything), if they're going to get disclosed it is important that reporters also explain how venture returns work. These aren't mutual funds. If anyone has any questions, just ask Tim.
